Cartier Rotonde Perpetual Calendar Chronograph 42mm watch. Model reference: W1556225. The watch represents the brand's idea of functional high-end mechanism combined with a stylish look. Its rounded 42mm case of 14.9mm thickness is made of 18K rose gold. The crown is set with a blue sapphire cabochon. The chocolate dial with a galvanized guilloché pattern has engraved stylized Roman Numerals and indexes of sand colour and sword-shaped hands for indicating hours and minutes. The central thing hand serves for seconds tracking. The perpetual calendar is presented by the date central hammer-shaped hand, the date scale on the outer chapter ring, the day of the week indicator at the 6 o'clock, and the month tracker at the 12 o'clock with a leap-year indicator in the centre. There are also 30-minute and 12-houe totalizers at the 3 and 9 o'clock respectively. The 9423 MC mechanical movement is wound automatically and has 44 jewels and 445 components. It features a 48-hour power reserve. The strap is made of brown alligator leather and fitted with a deployant buckle. It is water resistant up to 30 meters.
